Govind Shriniwar is a highly successful coach, facilitator of leadership training programmes and a Human Resource consultant. In his 34 years of service in the Human Resources and Learning and Development Departments of various organisations, he has assisted individuals in seeking solutions to improve performance and productivity.
Govind has served in a range of senior managerial positions in esteemed organisations across India and retired as the Vice President (HR) of ABB Ltd. Currently, he is continuing to help people to seek new and enlightened heights for personal and professional growth.
A Bachelor of Science with a degree in MLW and IR from the Bombay University, he is known for his dynamic approach to people skill development. He designs and delivers a variety of training programmes on Transactional Analysis , Leadership Challenge centred around Peter Senge’s the “Fifth Discipline,” and has developed expertise as a trainer on the internationally acclaimed book “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.”
