Program Overview

Customers today no longer want pushy salespeople who seem to have all the "right answers". They instead look for a business partner who asks the right questions and helps them arrive at the best solution and sales-force needs to understand what it takes to align sales engagement to the way customers buy.

6Cubes "Power to Sell in the 21st Century" program transcends "traditional" sales role and positions the salesperson as a business consultant capable of sustaining a higher level of sales. Participants will be familiarized with the changing dynamics of buyer/seller relationships, be guided through the steps of the sales process, and be given a better understanding of how buyers arrive at a purchase decision. This two-day workshop assists participants to develop a range of skills and techniques required for effective selling


          1. How customers buy and the sales process to match the buying cycle

          2. How to build rapport with a customer to cement a trusting relationship

          3. How to listen effectively and to ask questions to uncover customer needs and opportunities

          4. How to successfully use tools and strategies to handle customer resistance and objections
