Program Overview

Modern economy is undergoing a shift to an experience economy, where customer experience is becoming the predominant economic offering. Whether external or internal, how customers are treated should not be left to chance. Consolidating and intensifying focus on "the customer" is the key to gaining the competitive advantage.

6Cubes "Nurturing Customer Focus" program is designed to help participants understand how to put the customer at the center and design high-impact solutions that bubble up from below rather than being imposed from the top. The workshop equips participants to design their thinking differently in order to solve those hard, complex customer problems that do not have linear solutions
